Pricing & booking details

We have no online booking system. We prefer to speak to our guests so we can ascertain your exact requirements and give you any extra information you may require. Call us on 01452 760618 or you can send us a booking enquiry via the form opposite and we will contact you as soon as possible. (Don’t forget to check junk mail).

ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

We also have a downloadable map (PDF) should you require one.

Please note the following:

  • No late stay in Pods
  • Reception closes at 8pm so late arrival needs to be a prior arrangement.
  • The final balance must be paid 3 weeks before arrival to hold booking. We DO NOT chase these payments so please be aware that if you have not paid the balance, the booking will be cancelled.
  • Bookings made within a month (28 days) of arrival require full payment when you book.

Pricing for 2025

Pricing this year has changed and we feel it is a fairer system for couples and families.
Upon booking, a pitch is for 2 adults, 1 unit, 1 car ( without electric).

Opening weekend 28th March 2025.

Pitch prices

Low season which is March to 30th June
Low Season: Electric £33 / Non-electric £28

High season which is 1st July to 1st September
High Season: Electric £35 / Non-electric £30

Bank holidays
Electric £37 / Non Electric £32

Additional costs

£3 per child ( 3 yrs to 14 yrs) under 3 years free
£5 per night extra adult ( 15+ years)
1st dog is free, 2nd dog is £2 per night
Late stay £5 , leave by 2 pm
Additional car £3 per night
Pod Bedding £10

Pods

Mon to Thursday £45 per night
Friday to Sunday £55 per night.
Pod 3 is £5 per night extra as it has proper double bed with bedding.

All 2 night minimum.

Gazebo £5 per night.

Pods on the Bank holiday/ Easter is £65 per night, 3 night minimum.

NO LATE STAY IN PODS

Charges for electricity

Customers receive £5 credit per night as part of their booking fee which is monitored on a metered post. Additional electric can be purchased throughout your stay at reception in increments of £5. Please be aware of cafe/reception opening times to make this purchase. Please do not hesitate to speak to us if you are worried about your usage.

Any unused additional electric will be refunded on check out. We do not refund any part of the initial £5 included in the booking.
